Meet the Photographer
Welcome friend, I am Ana, the one behind the lens.
Photography is my favorite way to capture life’s real, raw, and beautiful moments. I was always the friend who "took too many photos", so I decided to take my passion and turn it into a mission.
I found my love for photography at an early age, stealing my parent's camera and taking photos of every person and thing that was within walking distance. I began taking it seriously in undergrad, fell in love with the idea of building my own business while studying entrepreneurship and earned my MBA while starting Sweet Mary's from ground zero.
I focus heavily on candid, movement-based prompts and cinematic style storytelling. Personally, I despise being in-front of the camera, because of that my goal for every single client is comfort. I will tell you how perfect you look multiple times throughout the session and be your biggest hype woman.
I strive to make the space in front of my camera feel warm, welcoming and inclusive. I welcome clients from the LGBTQIA+ community and appreciate capturing love in all forms. My goal is to make every client feel comfortable, confident and safe.

A brand that carries her name, and my heart with it.
Sweet Mary’s carries the name of my late grandmother, a woman who radiated the kind of love that stays with you long after a moment passes. She inspired my creativity and taught me how to see beauty in the smallest things. Carrying her name in something I love so fiercely is a piece of her I get to keep alive.
Everything Sweet Mary’s creates is rooted in love and comfort. This is a space where everyone is welcome, and every kind of love is seen. Focussing on a cinematic and candid style, my work is about preserving the feeling within each moment.
